Closed System Needleless Luer Connector Sterile Anti-Backflow IV Valve
Product Overview
Our single-use Needle Free IV Access Device, also known as needleless luer connector, serves as a core closed-system vascular access consumable for global medical facilities. Built with split septum self-sealing swabable flat surface, this infusion port removes the requirement for steel needle puncture, drastically cutting down accidental needlestick injuries among nurses and clinical staff, and forming a complete aseptic closed IV circuit to suppress bacterial colonization and lower CLABSI (central line-associated bloodstream infection) incidence in NICU, ICU, radiology departments and home long-term infusion scenarios.
We provide two mainstream displacement versions for flexible clinical selection: positive displacement needle free connector delivers tiny forward fluid bolus upon disconnection to stop blood backflow, maintaining catheter patency without regular heparin flushing; neutral displacement split septum valve features ultra-low dead volume, minimizing residual medication waste and fitting high-flow contrast media injection and chemotherapy administration perfectly.
Constructed with medical-grade BPA-free & DEHP-free polycarbonate and biocompatible silicone septum, every needleless luer connector undergoes strict EO ethylene oxide sterilization for single safe usage. Standard universal luer lock male/female interface enables seamless pairing with IV extension manifolds, three-way stopcocks, PICC, CVC and peripheral venous catheters, fully compatible with all mainstream infusion pumps and syringes.
