Precision Manufacturing Processes, Ensuring Fluid Control Accuracy
Employing five-axis simultaneous CNC machining technology and micro-injection molding processes, we achieve micron-level precision in valve body manufacturing. The inner wall of the valve body undergoes mirror polishing, with a surface roughness of Ra≤0.2μm, significantly reducing fluid resistance and minimizing drug residue. The innovative stepped sealing structure design, combined with medical-grade silicone rubber seals, creates multiple layers of sealing protection. Tested under 1.5MPa pressure, it ensures no leakage, guaranteeing the tightness and stability of fluid transmission. The rotation control system, designed based on ergonomic principles, adopts a precision gear transmission mechanism. With an operating torque controlled between 0.05–0.1N·m, it enables medical staff to achieve precise angle adjustments within ±15°, allowing for quick switching and flow control of single-channel, dual-channel, and multi-channel fluids.
Stringent Quality Control, Upholding International Standards
We have established a full-process quality control system compliant with the ISO 13485 quality management system. Each three-way stopcock undergoes 12 inspection procedures. Physical performance tests include insertion and withdrawal force tests (20–50N), flow consistency tests (error ≤±5%), and fatigue life tests (≥10,000 rotations without failure). Chemical performance tests use High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) to analyze the compatibility between materials and medicinal liquids. Microbiological tests adopt the membrane filtration method to ensure the product meets the sterile assurance level (SAL=10⁻⁶). Additionally, we utilize X-ray Fluorescence Spectrometry (XRF) for elemental analysis, strictly controlling the content of heavy metals to comprehensively guarantee product quality and safety.
Diverse Adaptation Solutions, Meeting Clinical Needs
We offer various standardized interface types, including Luer conical connectors and Luer-Lock locking connectors, which are compatible with mainstream medical devices such as syringes, infusion sets, blood transfusion sets, and infusion pumps. The adaptability complies with the ISO 80369 international standard. Our product range includes various structural designs such as straight-through, T-type, and Y-type, with an adjustable flow range of 0.1–200 ml/min. Widely used in complex clinical scenarios such as anesthesia drug administration in operating rooms, multi-channel fluid management in ICUs, and combined chemotherapy for tumors, these products provide reliable hardware support for personalized precision treatment.
