The main body is made of a composite material of medical-grade polycarbonate (PC) and block polyether amide (PEBA), combining high strength with excellent flexibility. The surface is treated with a nano-silver ion coating. Leveraging the broad-spectrum antibacterial properties of silver ions, it can effectively inhibit the growth of common pathogenic bacteria such as Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli, with an antibacterial rate of 99.9%. The internal sealing components are made of medical-grade silicone rubber, which is sterilized by gamma rays to ensure the absence of pyrogens and allergenicity, eliminating infection risks from the material source.

    Optimized through Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) simulations, the internal channels of the needleless connectors feature a streamlined design, reducing fluid resistance by 30%. The Innovative automatic valve closure system,upon disconnection of the infusion line, is driven by both a mechanical spring and fluid pressure, achieving rapid closure within 0.3 seconds. Chemical performance tests use High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) to analyze the compatibility between materials and drugs. Microbiological tests adhere to the USP 71 sterility test standards, ensuring that the product's sterility assurance level (SAL) reaches 10⁻⁶. Additionally, Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM) is used to inspect the microstructure of the valve, ensuring the manufacturing precision of key components.
